Its been a Walmart exclusive until today! According to Video Business, Summit is rolling out the single-disc edition of Twilight to retail stores across the country to help promote New Moon.

I’m sorry but there is no reason to buy this. Anyone who wants Twilight on dvd already has it and the other versions are just better. Plus, Once we’ve all seen New Moon, Twilight is going to look twice as lame as it was before.

Do you mean that they only sold the double disc version until now?
Because I was sure that I bought the single disc version (this only has the movie and the commentary) for my friend…I live in the UK, should that make a difference?

In England, where I live, one newspaper (News of the World) is giving out free New Moon Bonus DVD’s. It features behind-the-scenes and interviews with the cast.
I just thought I’d say this aswell. In Imprint No.24 you were talking about the New Moon Companion. I have read all of it, and it is awesome. It is repeatative at some points, and some words in there are meaningless to me. As a 14-year-old British Twilighter I want more stuff based on the actual movie, not how they designed the wolves and how they got the lighting correct etc… The pictures were the best and I love the picture of Bella and Edward in a forest.
i am full-on Team Edward. Not one bit Team Jacob. I like him, but not as much as Edward <3
Loveing the Imprints, and hopefully we wont have to wait a month like we did for No.24 lol.

I swear this was already available…?
Or was that just a UK thing?

This was always available at all retail outlets in the UK. Most people bought it straight away because it was cheaper than the 2 disc version (about £7 compared to £12). Then they realised how great the extras were and ended up buying the 2 disc version as well.
I gave my single disc version to a newly converted friend at work in the end!

I bought the 3 disk for only $18 cnd.
Haven’t bought the companion books yet. Might buy the Eclipse one though, cause they’re shooting in my town and I want to see if i recognize any of the sets.
