New Moon was so amazing. I loved it! It was 10 times better than Twilight. Taylor blew my mind. The break-up part was great. The only part I didn’t like was the fight with the Volturi. The ending was perfect. I can’t wait to see it again.

It was pretty much the best movie ever!!
Comment by Tiffany — 11/20/2009 @ 12:09 am
It was fantastic! Very fast-paced, beautiful camera work, and many more light-hearted moments. Even the acting has improved, in my opinion. I can’t wait to see it again!

I just got home from watching New Moon and it was simply spectacular! All the acting was so much better than Twilight. It was funny and intense. It was so much more than I expected. Kristen S was so much better this time. Micheal Sheen as Aro was beyond words, he was so good. Taylor Lautner was really good, but Robert Pattinson was awesome. I am still Team Edward all the way! I loved the ending!!!
Also, we got to see the trailer for Robert
Pattinsons new movie Remember Me, which looks like it is going to be really good.
Comment by Angel — 11/20/2009 @ 12:14 am
New Moon was amazing!!
*SPOILERS* *SPOILERS*
Favorites:
All the added quirky humor
The way Bella sat in the window as the seasons changed
The fake emails to Alice.
Basically all but the end.It felt unsatisfying for me. The whole Marry Me Bella was kind of a bumber. My whole theater groaned!
Comment by Heart! — 11/20/2009 @ 12:15 am
Love it! I think it was the best they could do, fitting the book into a movie. I love how the love triangle really developed in the movie. Best thing they did keeping Taylor as Jacob. Kristen and his cemistry was right on. Could not see anyone else playing the part. Thank you Chris for that. I will be going to see it again this weekend and getting advanced tickets to Elcipse. Great job Kristen , Rob , Taylor and Chris for staying true to the book and the characters! Thank you!
Comment by Jennifer — 11/20/2009 @ 12:19 am
It was great!
I must say, it felt like it went by very fast, especially the beginning… But over all it was exellent! I cannot wait to see it again!
I have been reading that people dont like the fact that bella didnt cry after the break up scene, but i must point out that she is supposed to be completly emotionless and she feels empty, not knowing what to do with herself, so i think thats why she didnt cry during or after the break up scene.
I also have to point out how awesome the acting was! It was brilliant, i loved it! Kudos to kristen especially, she really proved herself!
Brilliant movie (and ending! That made me laugh) cannot wait to see it again!
Comment by McKina — 11/20/2009 @ 12:20 am
New Moon was awesome! Much better than Twilight. Great acting, great CGI, just wow…
I’m watching it again tonight with my mum.
The only thing that bothered me was that sometimes Kristen mumbles so much it’s hard to understand what she says if your main language isn’t English. Once when she did though, I did understand what she said, but subtitles had translated it all wrong. Without the risk of spoiling anything the translator thought “you’re here” sounded like “Bella”. I mean what the?!
The ending was great! I can’t wait for Eclipse to come out!
Comment by Maria — 11/20/2009 @ 12:20 am
OMG!!! I can’t wait 2 c it again!!!

Comment by Claudia — 11/20/2009 @ 12:22 am
Oh come on!! You really shouldn’t have put spoilers on here until after the 20th. A lot of people didn’t go to a midnight showing. At the very least don’t tell the ending and ruin it for people that haven’t gone!

Comment by Nakore — 11/20/2009 @ 12:38 am
I liked it but didn’t love it like twilight. New moon was fun, sad and entertaining, but no heartbreaking in any way. I can wait dvd-release to see it again, no hurry. Acting was great. I was disappointed how small part other Cullens but E & A had in the film. Especially Carlyle should have bigger role.
In the book and in this film one thing comes clear though: there was never really any choice to made. Only Edward, and always only Edward.
Comment by Liisa — 11/20/2009 @ 12:40 am
New Moon was just as good the second time. The ending was still fantastic and I loved seeing the flash forward scene again. Cant wait for the third go-around!
Comment by Ashley — 11/20/2009 @ 12:40 am
I’m actually quite impressed. I must say I was not a fan of Catherine Hardwicke’s adaptation of the first Twilight, and I went in with very low expectations for New Moon. What I saw blew me away. Although there are certain details that still irk me, such as the CGI on the wolves, I think Chris Weitz did a fantastic job bringing New Moon to the screen. The actors seem much more comfortable in their roles this time around, and the overall effect is much more natural. I’m shocked at how much I loved New Moon.
Comment by Karen May — 11/20/2009 @ 12:43 am
i’ve seen it two times already and it was so amazing i can’t wait to see it again!! aarrgghh so freaking good!!
Comment by vanesa — 11/20/2009 @ 12:48 am
I LOVED IT!!!! Chris Weitz did an amazing job!! I even thought the acting was better this time. You can tell that Rob and Kristen know Bella and Edward better! It was all so great the score the soundtrack everything!! Eclipse was very well set up and I just can’t wait to see it again!!!
Comment by Raphaela — 11/20/2009 @ 12:49 am
I came out of the movie just smiling. I was satisfying, amazing the way Chris did the movie with the turning of the camera, the stop and go movement in the fighting scenes. Then the way it ended it was like what?! but in a good way.

Just got back from the midnight (its 4am and i have school today!) New Moon was EASILY- EASILY- better than Twilight. From COLOR, to ACTING, to COMEDY (who saw that coming?…alice), to LIGHTS and SOUND and SET and just…they COULD NOT have done it better.

Comment by Tink — 11/20/2009 @ 12:58 am
I have to say that I changed teams..to Team Demetri AKA CHARLIE BEWLEY!
Michael Sheen gave me the creeps in just the right way. I didn’t expect to like him after seeing the trailers, but the way he portrayed his character was excellent. I wish we could have seen the cruel side of Caius, I don’t think they really gave Jamie enough lines.
Dakota was great. Charlie was gorgeous.
The fight scenes were FANTASTIC! I think I adore Chris Weitz.
Have to say when Bella jumped off the cliff into the water, the CGI was just…off. I didn’t like it at all, and the music with the underwater scene just made it funny in a bad way.
And no more constipation looks from Rob!!
Comment by Imo — 11/20/2009 @ 1:00 am
It was SO MUCH BETTER THAN TWILIGHT! The cinematography itself improved a great deal. But everything in the movie improved greatly in comparison to Twilight.
And the ending? MAJOR ‘WTF’ MOMENT.
but in a completely FANTASTIC way :]]]]]
I CAN’T WAIT TO SEE IT AGAIN! AND I’M GOING TO SEE IT ON SUNDAY AND I GET TO MEET ASHLEY GREENE!
Comment by Kristen S. — 11/20/2009 @ 1:05 am
Fantastic … I could elaborate but I’m sure everyone else has beat me to it.
Comment by Kellianna — 11/20/2009 @ 1:07 am
Really and truly amazing. I am so much happier with New Moon than I was after I saw Twilight. After seeing this, I finally feel what Bella’s pull is to Jacob. Just an all around great job and I can’t wait to see it again!
Comment by Raya — 11/20/2009 @ 1:09 am

Except the part where Edward and Vampire Bella are running through the forrest in weird clothes… I don’t know, it was just a little weird.
Comment by Abbey O. — 11/20/2009 @ 1:16 am
Did anyone else think that during the Edward vs. Felix battle looked so fake that it looked like a video game??
I dunno if it was just me or what…?
Comment by Abbey O. — 11/20/2009 @ 1:17 am
I loved it of course as would any Twihard fan..but read the book people to really get the most out of the story.
Kristen kudos a hundred times over…you rocked it girl…Rob, the look on your face when you kissed Bella goodbye in the woods brought on the tears. My heart broke for Taylor also…
Can you even wonder why everyone is so inlove with you guys…amazing acting from everyone in the film!!!!
Comment by kckatt — 11/20/2009 @ 1:18 am
OMG! i loved it!
taylor lautner it soo hot and did such a good job! i’m soo proud of him.
i thought that Dakota Fanning didn’t do the best job, because i think anyone could have said her lines. no talent was needed. oh well,
i thought the movie was much better that Twilight even though they were both great movies.
I love Taylor Lautner talk about SEXY!
Comment by Alice — 11/20/2009 @ 1:20 am
I went to a midnight viewing a few days ago and I have to say that new moon shits all over twilight, in every possible way.
The acting is a thousand times better, Bella has fixed her breathing problem and her spasmodic eyebrows, and Edward is actually nice, charming and funny, as opposed to the rude constipated mess he was in twilight. The vampires no longer look like they are terminally ill with their make up, and move and run much more convincingly, and Edward really sparkles and doesn’t look like he has just gone for a run and is sweaty. There is actually colour! Not just blue.
The best actor in twilight was Billy Burk with his scene stealing lines, but this movie is so much funnier with some great quotes from the book and some hilarious new lines, and it shared between all the actors so no one person holds the movie.
The cinematography is brilliant especially with the wolf pack cliff diving scene.
The movie is just so much better overall, however I do have one problem with it, the beginning is slow, even revealing the title of ‘new moon’ took almost a full min or at least a good 30 seconds, and that’s a long time when nothing else is going on, also the scene where the months pass by is dragged out but I totally understand why they had to do it but it just slows the first half of the film down, but it does pick up later on.
for any one who is a fan of the books they wont be disappointed as the story sticks very close to that of the book.
This isn’t half of what I wrote the first time but it will do.
Comment by jo — 11/20/2009 @ 1:25 am
AWESOME! I actually *GASPED* at the end….totally almost screamed out “NO” also! Ha ha! Eclipse can’t come soon enough! Can’t wait to go watch New Moon again! I’m totally Team Edward but I have to say that Taylor is awesome and definitely an actor to watch out for.
Comment by Tiffani — 11/20/2009 @ 1:30 am
kckatt:
I agree, I couldn’t believe how much Kristen’s acting had improved, I ususally hate her boring acting but she really stepped up to the plate on this one and owned her role! Well done girl!
Rob had improved quite a bit too, his expression after he talks to Taylor on the phone, SO heartbreaking.
Comment by Sarah — 11/20/2009 @ 1:34 am
Absolutely wonderful! I can’t even explain.
Comment by Marisa — 11/20/2009 @ 1:36 am
well, in my opinion, it was soo much better than Twilight. The directing was better, you could tell it was a bigger budget, and the acting was so much better than Twilight as well. Taylor Lautner blew my mind and you could tell that Kristen is more confient in her role as Bella.
The new characters were really good and well casted, especially the Volturi, and obviously the Quilette wolves…
good job Chris Wietz, and I hope that he does Breaking Dawn
Comment by Kaisha — 11/20/2009 @ 1:37 am
Jo,
I COMPLETELY agree with everything you said.
New Moon really does shit over Twilight.
Yes I had small issues with the score and the “future vampire bella scene” but other than that, Chris Weiz did an excellent job with New Moon. He edited out all of Rob’s constipated looks which Catherine Hardwicke should have done in Twilight. He even took out the Edward monster dream that Rob talked about which I was dreading beause Rob is too hot and kindly faced to act like a monster.
Chris fixed ALL of Catherine’s mistakes!
Comment by Sarah — 11/20/2009 @ 1:41 am
Things I liked about New Moon: Wolves, yellow Porsche, Taylor Lautner, Aro, Charlie, Alice, “marry me” cliff hanger, a more artistic look, Victoria (I will miss you Rachelle), the Cullens (always). Things I didn’t like: Kristen Stewart (still can’t act or speak with any real vocal inflection), Dakota Fanning (boring and a disappointment), action scenes that are filmed way too close-up so you can’t really see what’s going on well, underacting (except Jacob), the first half of the movie which was slower than a snail on valium. All in all it was better than the first one, but not that great. The books are always better.
Comment by Nikki — 11/20/2009 @ 1:42 am
Saw New moon last night (live in nz)
my review:
The cinematography was amazing, Weitz did a fantastic job, the scenes went into the next really creatively.
The acting was really good!Taylor was gr8 as jake-perfect amount of hotness (THOSE ABS!!!)nd Kristen perfectly encapsulated Bellas pain.
Fans of the Twilight Saga will LOVE the film (as it was made for them)
One of my fave parts was when the months were going by and she was lifeless-the music fit perfectly with that.
I think watching the movie gives alll the songs (on the soundtrack) a whole lot more depth and meaning.
Another gr8 scene was when the wolves wwere chasing Victoria!!!!the song fit PERFECTLY 2 that scene 2!!!
overall it was a movie that really exceeded my (HIGGH) expectations- way better than twilight
now;ECLIPSE!!!!haha
Comment by jess — 11/20/2009 @ 1:45 am
Oh, and I did forget to mention that I LOVED the scene where Bella is sitting and it goes through the months and you see the seasons changing through the window, but she’s still the same. That was really great.
Comment by Nikki — 11/20/2009 @ 1:50 am
andrew, do u have ANY idea about when the imprint podcast is going to be???any specifics??plz say!!!
Comment by jess — 11/20/2009 @ 1:53 am
In Australia it was released on the 19th and I saw it. I absolutely loved everything about it. All except the part where Edward leaves of course. The CGI was great, I just loved the wolves they looked brilliant. Well done Chris Weitz you did the book justice
Comment by Oztwilighter — 11/20/2009 @ 1:57 am
Overall: AMAZING…sooooo much better than Twilight, not only in budget and CGI, but acting. Everyone played their roles so well, that they were believeable to a “T”!!! Taylor Lautner was beyond words; I am officially converted to Team Switzerland.
I only wish that the movie was longer….and that I could got see it again immediately.
Comment by Christina — 11/20/2009 @ 1:57 am
a few thing i mised in my last comment:
the CGI is amazing!
love the vibrent Red of victoria’s hair, its so much more distinctive than in twilight.
taylor really steped up to the role of jacob with those abs! and his acting of corse.
didnt like alices vision of bella when she is a vampire it was like a baywatch slowmo run in the forest, evey one in the cinama crack up laughing cos it just looked so stupid and cheese, and im shore chris didnt idntend for that reactin
Comment by jo — 11/20/2009 @ 2:08 am
I totally loved the movie although i was disappointed with the score. This movie was so much better than twilight.
CGI rocked and I thought they portrayed the wolves just perfectly. I liked how they tied in Victoria giving Harry Clearwater the heart attack. And the ending was perfect. Alice was a star saying she will be back after the dog had been put out….
Cant wait to see it again and hopefully in time I will like the score…
Comment by Tracka — 11/20/2009 @ 2:08 am
It was way better than Twilight in every way. Loved Taylor Lautner the best. Wish it would have been more wolf pack scenes. Still don’t really care for Kristen Stewart. Glad Jackson got some lines.
Comment by Candice — 11/20/2009 @ 2:17 am
I LOVE JACOB!He’s really awesome.. The wolves are great.Even the songs where just right for each scenes.Chris Weitz did a great job. Everything I wanted to see from the book was there and it was AMAZING!
The fight scenes was really something!
I like how the wolves chased Victoria(i miss her)
Jasper has great hair in the movie and I suddenly fell inlove with him!
Can’t wait for ECLIPSE!
Comment by borg — 11/20/2009 @ 2:20 am
First off, I loved it! The start, the middle and the end and everything in between that!! I just saw it today (second day in Aus) and we got the back row seats, it was fricking cool as hell. I think it was great!!! LOVED IT, 10/10!! SERIOUSLY, THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG WITH IT!!!!
Comment by Thomas — 11/20/2009 @ 2:40 am
Nikki, thats very harsh towards Kristen. I used to really hate her acting too but I have to admit that her performance was a million times better this time. I was very plesently surprised.
It seemed like she was actually showing proper emotion this time and she stopped the weird breathing and fluttering eye-lashes.
I honestly did hate Kristen’s performance and direction in Twilight but I was quite happy with Kristen and Chris’s portrayal of Bella in New Moon, it was about a million times batter than Twilight and I don’t see how you can deny that!
Comment by Sarah — 11/20/2009 @ 2:41 am

Comment by NIna — 11/20/2009 @ 2:43 am
MY CITY IS FLOODED!!! The entire city is submerged by 5 feet of water and the wall by the cinema broke so who knows what damage that water has done! Won’t know until cinema opens at 12:30 and I try to call them. Had 8 tickets pre-booked for me and my friends. That’s €56 down the drain because they hate giving refunds. Also some of my friends are flooded in so even if the cinema is open then they won’t be able to make it. Disaster. Absolute disaster.
Comment by Nia — 11/20/2009 @ 2:46 am
I was Awestruck the entire time, it was like actually watching the book come alive. Instead of watching Kristen Stewart act as Bella I saw her become Bella, the living breathing character! The same goes for Robert as well! In Twilight he was a vampire but he wasn’t the Edward that I fell in love with in the books. In New Moon he had me falling for Edward all over again! And Taylor! Enough Said lol! I didn’t like who Jacob becomes in the books with all of the jealousy and etc… and that is exactly who Taylor became in the movie except, he brought a realness to the character. You could actually see the struggle going on behind those beautiful eyes. And for once despite the anger and the jealousy I fell for him too. And also for the first time I fully understood Bella’s struggle. When the movie ended it was like i came back to earth, I had completely forgotten that I was in a movie theater with 200 other people. Simply Amazing!
Comment by Savannah — 11/20/2009 @ 2:54 am

Two words: FACE PUNCH!
My friend and I were laughing so hard. It’s brilliant! “Put your gun down or I’m going to blow your frigging head off!” “No, you out your gun down or I’ll blow your frigging head off” “Both of you put your guns down or I’ll blow both your frigging heads off!”
CLASSIC!!!
Comment by Julia — 11/20/2009 @ 2:58 am
Awesome movie, want to see it again and again and again. love it, love the ending
Comment by ak — 11/20/2009 @ 3:00 am
Savannah,
I SOOO agree, the Twilight movie didn’t remind me of the book at all, the tone and acting was all wrong. But watching New Moon made me feel like I was reading the book. Kristen and Rob WERE Bella and Edward from the book this time.
I was so happy Chris Weiz managed to convey that!
Comment by Sarah — 11/20/2009 @ 3:11 am
P.S. Julia,
Yeah “Face Punch”, HILARIOUS! Michael Welch cracks me up!
Comment by Sarah — 11/20/2009 @ 3:12 am
LOVED IT!!! Though, I said that about Twilight when I saw it at midnight and then hated it later. All of the excitement and exhaustion gets to you. Still, it seemed to crush twilight into nothingnesss – but the book is still king! Can’t wait to see it again and confirm like/ dislike. Only really wierd thing – that I didn’t like – that I can remember was Edward cracking. I know he’s driven mad… but I mean… he LITERALLY…cracks! hahahahhahahaha.
Comment by Ellie — 11/20/2009 @ 3:13 am
Savannah!
Finally! I was beginning to wonder if anyone else was as moved as me by the emotions. This movie just completeley took me away. I have very few miniscule complaints. Overall, I can honestly say this is one of my favorite movies I have ever seen, where I couldn’t say the same for Twilight. Chris’s adaptation was just a thousand times better than Catherines. Rob did a BRILLIANT job. He made me want to cry in almost all the scenes because I just thought that the agtony on his face is perfect. Also, one thing, when Bella was screaming during her nightmares half of the theatre was laughing…. I thought it was really good. It made my heart ache for her. I think Kristen and Robert did such an amazing job at truly becoming Bella and Edward, not just acting them out. Kudos to the director.
And Taylor’s BODY!
Comment by Kelsey — 11/20/2009 @ 3:13 am
It was everything I had hoped for and more!!!!!!! The acting was so much better all around! It didn’t feel as stiff and forced as Twilight. The ending was great and I was so happy that they stuck so close to the book I can’t wait to go see it again!!!
Comment by Mel — 11/20/2009 @ 3:27 am
I’m going to be the first (i think) to say that i really thought it was bad. Taylor cant act. I cringed everytime he spoke. The score was strange and sounded like it was something from a cheesy fairytale. Even though the soundtrack is amazing it was put in stupid places and never seemed to suit the scene, except in the season changing scene which i thought was quite good. At least Weitz got one thing right because the rest was horrible. This movie is a joke in everyone who isnt a fan of the books eyes and only gives them more ammunition to make fun of our fandom. Even me, who is a huge fan was mocking it the whole way through because of how ridiculous it was. If this director does breaking dawn then im not going to have very high expectations
Comment by Emily — 11/20/2009 @ 3:28 am
Kelsey,
Yet again I agree haha. I’m agreeing with everyone’s postive comments. I nearly cried when Rob got off the phone in Italy!
As I mentioned before, this movie was much more true the book, I felt like i was reading hte book. Twilight the movie didn’t make me feel like that at all because the tone and acting was all wrong. Chris captured the essence and tone of the characters and put it on screen and I applaud him for that.
The only issue I had with the movie was the cheezy scene where vampire Bella is running with Edward in the forest. There was NO need for that!! It should have been a dramatic clip of Bella in agony during her transformation!
Anyone agree? That the only real complaint I have…
Comment by Sarah — 11/20/2009 @ 3:32 am
Don’t think I’m spoiling this for anyone since its 3:30am pacific time, but just in case…
SPOILER……..did anyone else catch the part where Bella and Edward are running in Alice’s glimpse of the future as the part in Breaking Dawn when they run from the cottage to the Cullen house?!?! Bella is wearing the dress that was described in that chapter of BD!
My friend noticed that part…I’ll have to check for rings when I rewatch the movie tomorrow. GREAT DETAIL CHRIS WEITZ!!! AMAZING JOB!!!
Comment by Sandra — 11/20/2009 @ 3:33 am
Thats true Sandra, and did you notice that Jake looked younger and so peaceful while he sleeped, just like stephenie described it in the book.
Chris Weiz included EVERY detail, it was very impressive. Still, I think the running clip was cheezy and he should have used a dramatic clip of Bella being transformed.
Comment by Sarah — 11/20/2009 @ 3:39 am
I just got home from it! It was amazing, Chirs Weitz did a fanstastic job!
Comment by Taytay — 11/20/2009 @ 3:42 am
Went to the midnight screening of New Moon last night i thought it was absoloutly amasing Chris Weitz done an amasing job it was so true to the book lot more than Twilight was.
I’ve personally never been into Team Jacob it’s always been about the Cullens for me but New Moon really made me fall in love with Jacob.
The film was so touching it really hit me a lot of the scenes were so emotional.
Going to see it again tonite can’t wait!

I went to the midnight showing. The movie was AMAZING!!!! Chris did a good job as well as all of the cast. I think I am going to go see it again this weekend.

Watching the Twilight movie just now and i’ve noticed that the eyes are done so much better in New Moon especially with Esme her eyes really stand out in New moon as opposed to Twilight
Think everything about New Moon has been done to so much more detail than Twilight which is amasing!
Comment by Kirsty — 11/20/2009 @ 4:08 am
Oh come on everyone! First off, yes, the acting was much better. Bella looked so much better. Edward looked so much worse! And what the hell was with all of the cheesy hollywood background music!? I thought we were going to have quality songs for this movie. I think in twilight, music really set a mood for the film, this one just screamed “CORNY” to me! Loved the volturi scene, hated the floating edward head. Loved the letters to Alice, hated the lack of heartache on Bella’s part when she runs after Edward in the woods.
I don’t know, I can definitaly wait until it comes out on DVD to see it again.
Comment by frustratedwithit — 11/20/2009 @ 4:22 am
I saw it last night in Irland and it was UNREAL!
What was the song playing in Jacob’s garage at one point in the first half? It wasn’t on the soundtrack!
I loved the sequence with Victoria, the wolves, Charlie, Harry…basically everyone…running in the forest to Thom Yorke’es ‘hearing damage’. It really highlighted Chris Weitz’s amazing directorial (if that’s a word) skills…I mean, the part where you see a tiny piece of Victoria’s hair behind Harry Clearwater, and then it vanishes when he turned around was both subtle and genius
I also LOVED the part where Bella was looking out the window while time was passing and ‘possibility’ was playing…it was so..I don’t know..classy or something!
Edward’s little piece where he crushed the phone after speaking to Jacob in Rio or somewhere was really cool and authentic also. Although I didn’t really like how the movie version of New Moon had Jacob speaking to Edward (not Carlisle)…hmmm….
The only thing I wasn’t sure about was the screen-play…maybe they should reconsider Mellissa Rosenbergs contract???
Kristen Stewart stole the freakin movie
Overall…UNREAL!!
Comment by Lara — 11/20/2009 @ 4:24 am
you know..every time someone tells me they are disappointed with the movie…it friggin surprises me..tell me…please….go into the forums , make a post saying “this is why im disappointed with it” and please explain to me..how that movie was a let down? it had everything that twilight didnt which was
A. Good acting
B. Colour
C. IT STUCK TO THE FRIGGING BOOK FOR CRYING OUT LOUD! that was the BIGGEST difference in the movies, and people are complaining
D. It had great scenes, the cinematography was stunning and it felt like a motion picture, rather than a home movie
E. Chris Wietz had thought of little details, that made New Moon the movie in 2 hrs…..
I mean do you want me to go on? This movie was SO good..i mean it was just the best it could have been…sure parts were cut out..BUT NOT THE WAY IT WAS IN TWILIGHT…i mean twilight cut out HUGE CHUNKS OF THE DAMN BOOk……………
ALICE FRIGGIN CULLEN TAKES HER BLOOD STAINED HAND TO HER NOSE AND SNIFFS IT…WHICH VAMPIRE WOULD DO THAT?
thats all i have to say
Comment by Shobi — 11/20/2009 @ 4:26 am
Sarah,
Just my personal opinion. When I watch Kristen, I feel nothing from her. I think that physically, she is perfect for the role of Bella, but I think she has no depth emotionally, particularly vocally. She is incredibly monotone through a great deal of the movie. I just think Bella has more emotional character than how Kristen portrays her. She seems virtually unphased by what, for Bella, is a completely life-altering experience. To me, New Moon defines Bella. Most of her character development occurs during this story, but I felt little to no growth from Kristen’s portrayal of her at all. Granted, as I said before, physically she really does look the part, and I will say that the weird heavy breathing and eyelash fluttering was fortunately avoided this time, it’s her delivery I have more of a problem with than anything.
Comment by Nikki — 11/20/2009 @ 4:27 am
Nikki, I agree with what you say about Kristen for all her other movies, she’s a monotone boring actress who shows no emotion, i agree!
But she was much better in New Moon…there’s no denying it. She was like a different person. I thought Kristen had really stepped up and made an effort and I think Chris Weiz gave her WAY better direction than Catherine. I actually felt like I was watching Bella this time.
Still don’t understand how you deny Kristen’s improvement…its VERY clear to see.
Comment by Sarah — 11/20/2009 @ 4:44 am
Well, it’s clear to you, and that’s good. As I said, it’s a matter of personal opinion. Good direction does not an actress make. Good direction makes for a good director. I just didn’t feel anything from her at all.
Comment by Nikki — 11/20/2009 @ 4:46 am
Holy frikin cow! That movie was AMAZING!!! I absolutely LOVE the ending!!! Now I get to go to school after seeing it at midnight
Good Job Chris W.
Comment by Danielle — 11/20/2009 @ 4:47 am
I’m from Holland and it premiered a day early here. I’m not a person that’s easily satisfied, beacause most films based on a book completely miss out on everything that I love about the books. But this one I actually liked a lot. A big thumbs up for the new director who made sure that it stayed as true to the book as possible. And when your as satisfied as I am you can overlook the (still) fake make-up and the alarming freakish nipples of Rob P. (He’s dreamy anyway despite his tiny flaw :p)
Comment by Aar — 11/20/2009 @ 4:57 am
Thats very sad Nikki, i’m sorry you feel that way. you’re the only person i’ve heard say that. From what i know, she’s been highly praised by critics for her performance in New Moon, especially compared to Twilight.
And I’ve seen that nearly EVERY fan comments that the acting is way better in New Moon so I assume that includes Kristen.
And actually I’m a HUGE movie fan and an actors portrayal of a character can be terrible or excellent depending on their direction. I’ve seen excellent actors give awful performances because the movie and director didn’t know what they were doing ya know?
I’m not saying Kristen is excellent, i’m just saying that she’s improved and that she and Chris obviously worked together to capture the essence of Bella. Catherine Hardwick fought with Rob and Kristen regarding their character portrayals and so Twilight ended up being a crap film so this proves my point!
I think Rob improved too and both Rob and Kristen obviously worked well with Chris. Chris mentioned that he gave them room to “do their thing” and as a result Rob and Kristen were obviously a lot more accurate in their characters.
Did I mention I HATE Catherine Hardwick! lol

IT AS FANTASTIC
SPOILER ALERT”
What i like:
Taylor acting didn’t seen as force was with Twilight
The trip to the movies, Bella’s looking from Jacob’s and to Mike’s hand. the “I am going to blow your head off”
I don’t know why but I love the visit to Emely’s place. “SHE RUNS WITH VAMPIRES!!!” Actually you can’t run with vampires, they are really fast”
The scene of Jacob and Bella in Bella’s room. That got to me!
My favorite Alice Line? “Sure I’ll be back, when you take the dog out”
Aro’s creepy Uncle thing. I know i shouldn’t like that but it just made me laugh really hard
Mike line “Bella is back, well now that you eating, you have to get that protain there”
Jasper’s lines: “Happy B…… Never Mind” “It will be nice not wanting to kill you all the time”
The passing of the months,
E-mails to Alice, i didn’t expect that at all
EVERYTHING OUT OF CHARLIE’S MOUTH!!! LOL
The race to Voltera
Aro’s creepy uncle thing. I know i shouldn’t like that but i do.
Ok here is was i didn’t like:
The pace felt like it was really fast (I guess is because i didn’t wanted to end)
Bella getting in the back of some dude bike. Why? Didn’t make any sense.
The ending was good but i left me hungry for more!!
Comment by Angel — 11/20/2009 @ 5:01 am

i so agree with you sarah..kristen improved a mile..i really did not like her in twilight and im a huge kstew fan.ive watched all her movies..BEFORE she was cast as bella!….so she let me down in twilight, but new moon reminded me why i love her so much

Comment by Katheryn — 11/20/2009 @ 5:11 am
I loved this film I would tell anyone it is a must see.
Unfortunately at the midnight premiere my best friend in the whole world got really sick from the heat and puked right when they were entering the Voltiri parts. She’s good but we both feel sad that we missed those parts…
Comment by Krys — 11/20/2009 @ 5:18 am
I’m a second grade teacher who saw the movie at midnight last night and got maybe 2 hours of sleep last night. As miserable as it’s going to be surviving the day, it was worth it.
I agree wholeheartedly that this one was better than Twilight…and I’m one of the ones who loved Twilight. The cliffhanger at the end left me amazed that the movie writers can put something in there that does happen in the book, but does it in such a way that you audibly say, “What the heck!?!” when the movie goes to the credits.
Grinning. Stoked. Tired as all get out
Comment by Michelle — 11/20/2009 @ 5:18 am
Amazing. SO much better than Twilight. Rob and Kristen both did 100 times better with their acting. I had really low expectations for new moon since I thought Twilight was so bad, but OMG. It was great. It really surprised me. And it was like reading the book. They kept it SO close. Really Really amzing!!!!

hope i c it b4 i comes out on dvd!
Comment by dani nicole — 11/20/2009 @ 5:48 am
I agree with Nikki. While there was some improvement in Kristen’s acting, it was mostly found in Bella’s playful conversations with Jacob. The serious, emotionally-charged lines felt empty still. And I don’t understand why everyone’s saying the heavy breathing is gone… I’m still hearing it, but perhaps I’m subconsciously looking for it, lol.
And Rob is still far too serious. He may not look constipated anymore, but he seems so serious and depressed instead of charming.
Movie. Was. Awesome.
Two words.
MICHAEL SHEEN!!!
So what if he was only in a small portion of the film? I never really had a clear picture of Aro while reading the books, but he just owned that character and made it so clear!!!! Go Sheen!!
While the whole film was fabulous (Just a little slow towards the beginning) There were so many unforgettable lines! I particularly love Rosalie’s line at the end of the film about how she wished someone could have voted no for her. It was a rare, tender moment that Nikki Reed pulled off so well.
Overall, I LOVED IT!!!!
Comment by Tori — 11/20/2009 @ 5:49 am
I’m curious to see where Eclipse will pick up from… Will it go straight from the cliff hanger or have another one of Bella’s voice over monologues at the beginning of the film to explain everything instead? Just something to mill over… Much better than Twilight! Looking forward to eclipse!!
Comment by Mymy — 11/20/2009 @ 5:52 am
OMGOMGOMG!!! absolutely LOVED it!!!! fantastic ending!!!!
Comment by Rebecca — 11/20/2009 @ 5:53 am
I know this is crazy, but this movie, I think has made me SWITCH TEAMS! Thru reading the books I was always all about Edward, couldn’t get enough him and I didn’t understand why Jacob was always in the way.
But for some reason the movie made me fall in love with Jake’s character – I totally get all you team jacob people now. I mean what the hell – Edward just leaves for a few months pops back up – and he tells Bella that “oh, sorry I was just kidding when I said that I didn’t want you to come with me,.etc.” SERIOUSLY what kind of a jerk would say that? And what kind of a dumb girl would take him back??? Oh, and what kind of a dumb girl would not pick the seriously hot Jacob over this jerk pale guy that dumped her ass??
OMG you guys – I”ve totally fricking switched teams and its all because of that pained look in Jacobs eye at the very end of the movie.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!! It was just amazing, Kristen’s acting improved, but I didnt feel it was quite there. Everyone else did fantastic. I loved Taylor and Michael Sheen, and the Sam character. Taylor was just amazing in this. My favorite scene is the breakup of Jake and Bella. Fantastic cinematography. Great humor. I just loved it. MUCH better than Twilight.
*****SPOILErS****
*******SPOILErS******
The only things that bugged me:
Bella and Jake sorta actually kissed.
The scene where Alice sees Bella as a vamp frolicking in the forest.
We didnt have the conversation where Charlie tells Alice how bad Bella was.
Rosalie’s hair looked fake.
I felt like Jake’s time went by really quickly…Can we say a two and a half hour movie?
Comment by Kassi — 11/20/2009 @ 7:08 am
Also, it followed the movie very closely. Bring Chris Weitz back for Breaking Dawn!!
Comment by Kassi — 11/20/2009 @ 7:14 am
it was by far the better out of the movies out so far. i felt like twilight was definitely poorly made, including bad direction, acting, cgi, and lighting. the only thing i like about twilight was of course the story line and the music. but new moon…oh boy! it was beyond amazing. the lighting was EXTREMELY better than twilight. i like that rob didn’t always look so constipated! and come on…WHO DOESN’T LIKE A HALF NAKED TAYLOR LAUTNER!? but the one thing i reallyyyyy liked was the music. i haven’t listened to the soundtrack yet but i like how there weren’t always actual songs and some instrumental parts. and when victoria was running from the pack of wolves the music was AMAZING. it was kinda mellow and slow but it worked SO well! i will definitely spend my money on going to see it multiple times!
Comment by mitali — 11/20/2009 @ 7:15 am
I honestly didn’t mind the pig squeals Kristen did when Edward left. The way they were presented, with sad music in the background and Billy coming in to wake her, it was just beautiful and really broke my heart.
Comment by Ashley — 11/20/2009 @ 7:19 am
OMFG! AMAZING!! I would gladly last on three hours of sleep anyday to see that movie! I LOVED evey minute of it. There was actually color in this movie instead black and blue. Kristin looked a thousand times better than before. and Jacob?! Um..HELLLOO?!?! He’s FAN FREAKING TASTIC. I would never leave him, just saying. I thought Taylor did an awesome job, espeically when he had to push Bella away. The wolves cracked me up. Paul was all like “my bad for almost killing you.” Ha. And did the phone hafta ring?! Really?! My entire theater was like “do it! Do it! *phone rings* Ahh…Dang it..” The only part I did not like was the Bella was a vampire thing. What was with Edward like running through the forest like he was on Baywatch? I just thought that was awakward…But overall!! AMAZING!!! I wanna see it again!
Comment by Becca — 11/20/2009 @ 7:23 am

It already came out yesterday in Belgium hahahaaaaa I saw it and I was very happy to see they followed the book perfectly, this movie was so much better than twilight! Better acting, better directing..better color scheme and obviously bigger budget!
Liked it A LOT! And Taylor really does a GREAT job portraying Jacob…waw!

omg. it was AMAZING! and Remember Me trailer looks AWESOME! which I’m so excited about because I honestly didn’t know about Rob’s acting apart from Twilight but it looks REALLY good!!!! but anyway, I thought it was wonderful. I loved the quirky humor… Charlie Swan was amazing (as always) and i LOVED it. I’m going again today. and Saturday, lol. just bc I have so many people wanting to go and I’ll be happy to sit in the theater with them to see it. I hope it does AMAZING at the box office and that within the next week or so we get Breaking Dawn green-lighted

Okay, so I have not seen new moon yet, (I’m away at college and my bff and I always save out viewing viginities until we are together again over thanksgiving break) but I am so curious about what everyone thinks of Dakota Fanning!! She was such an amazing part of the trailers for me, but I am wondering if her lack of mention on this board so far is a bad sign. So please, any thoughts, praises or criticisms???

Loved the movie! I’m going to see it again today. Taylor did such a great job bringing Jacob from that happy-go-lucky kid to the tortured teenage werewolf. I like how he was able to show how dangerous and temperamental the wolves actually are. I was really impressed with his acting. Also Rob made Edward much more likable and less creepy, which is great because I want Bella with a nice Edward, not Edward the Stalker. Kristin’s Bella was a lot better too, she definitely brought out the heartbreak.
Go Team Jacob!

I don’t know what drugs you guys are on, but the movie let me down so hard. The music as not as well incorporated as it was in Twilight, the ending was a cop out, and the acting made it hard for me to stay in tune with the story. I feel this movie could have been so much better. I guess I had just built it up so high that when it didn’t meet my expectations I was disappointed. Rob did a great job with the few scenes he was in. I wanted to see more Charlie. I don’t know you guys, I want to LOVE it because it’s my favorite book, but at time point in the game I can’t say that I do.
Comment by Stacey — 11/20/2009 @ 8:05 am
OME I loved it!!!! At my theater we were able to by tickets to see Twilight at 9:00 and New Moon at 12:05, it was sooo cool watching them back to back. We were able to watch New Moon at 11:00 a whole hour before the rest of the people waiting outside of the theater… It was Amazing!!!! I totally think New Moon is 100% better then Twilight.. The colors the sound the acting…. All of it was just breathtaking. <3
Comment by Elizabeth M — 11/20/2009 @ 8:10 am
@Emily I thought Taylor did fantastic. He’s one of the reasons why I enjoyed the movie. Kristen did improve form Twilight but I’m still not feeling her. Rob did good too.
Comment by Candice — 11/20/2009 @ 8:27 am
Fan!!! Better than the Twilight movie, and not just by the improved special effects or makeup. Although both really helped. Looking at it as a movie and not an adaptation of the book, I really enjoyed it.
Comment by AlasEarwax — 11/20/2009 @ 8:38 am
This film was absolutely AMAZING!
The acting was phenomenal!
JACOB, JACOB, JACOB!!!!
Included eveeerything that was important in the book and didn’t lack anything for cutting down the content.
ERIC WAS COOL.
So much better than Twilight. WE LOVE CHRIS WEITZ! He should deffo direct Breaking Dawn COS HE’S COOL.
Loved the humor, great touch.
Make-up was way better, so were the costumes.
TEAM JACOB!!
Although R-Patz looked perfect in EVERY scene. Bella was much more like-able, she should win an Oscar
CHARLIE!
Beginning was good, as was the whole countdowny months thing and the fact that she was writing her thoughts to Alice.
LOVED it when Jacob said that thing in the other language, AWESOME!
Thought Bella had the same camera as me. She didn’t.
Found it hilarious when Jacob said ‘My Boys’.
It was better that Harry was featured more in the film, as it made his death TRAGIC :’(
Jessica really upped her game She was FUNNY!
HA!
Although Angela didn’t play as big a part in it than she does in the book.
Great job tying scenes together to cut down on length, esp. Rom-Jule bit
VICTORIA’S HAIR WAS RED
Eyes looked SO much better, very red I might add.
Laurent’s accent was good-different (different IN a good way )
Edward was not fadey in the water, as he was throughout the film, made it more powerful as it is accurate to the book.
Werewolves were EPIC
(very big :O)
I wanted to snuggle them.
Meadow was nicer and bigger and just better in generalmente
Sparkling was better although it made the sparkle-noise >:I
Breaking Dawn should be made into TWO FILMS! And CHRIS.
Going to see it 100000000 times more. It was 2 hours and still too short!
WE LOOOVEE NEW MOOOOOOONNN!!!!!!!!! XD
BRING ON ECLIPSE!

I loved it! They took the story a step further with the action and *spoiler* the Jacob & Bella kiss that wasnt a kiss, it was all amazingly well done. Thought the end was actually my favorite! My friends that only watched the movies are still freaking out they cant wait to see what happens next. GENIUS.
Comment by Liz — 11/20/2009 @ 9:11 am
Thank you thank you thank you Chris! You did amazing and all Twilight fans are in your debt for pull our series out of the mud Cathrine dropped it in.
Considering this was my least favorite book in the series I loved this movie. Note: while I will remain on Team Edward, Demetri and Alec can call me anytime!
First off the Volturi were amazingly awesome. Micheal Sheen as Aro totally creeped me out, he was just as I had imagined. Jamie Campbell Bowers performence was a disappointment, I was hoping for alot more from Caius. Dakota did a great job with Jane, her and Michael made the movie for me.
Kristen still needs to work on that annoying over blinking issue of hers but it was better this time around, and Robert still looked constipated in some scenes but has greatly improved from the last movie where he looked constipated about 75% of the time. Taylor did a great job and him and Kristen show obvious chemistry. Speaking of chemistry Rob and Kristen’s makeout scene in Volteria was hot.
I did find the CGI a bit poor in some scenes, but definitally an improvement from Twilight which simply put SUCKED (no pun intended). The first scene with the wolves was rough around the edges and the fight between Edward and Felix was a little too reminiscent of a videogame for me. But the chase scenes with Victoria and the wolf pack were great.
While overall I would give the movie 4/5 stars, i’m torn on the soundtract. Some songs almost ruined the scenes for me because they stuck out so much that my mind wondered off of what was on the screen to the lyrics or the melody.
Putting the soundtrack and some rough CGI work aside the ending made my night and I went home suprisingly happy and content that the book had been properly portrayed. I will be seeing it again soon.

I loved this movie! It was everything I hoped it would be. It flowed so much smoother than Twilight. It was funny, sad, touching…the acting was great. I was so pleased. It exceeded my expectations. You guys that were disappointed must have been watching a different movie. I don’t know how any fan could not have loved this one better than Twilight. Thank you Chris Weitz!

The movie was amazing…the characters did an amazing job, I have to say im very impressed with Chris Weitz..
Comment by Clarissa — 11/20/2009 @ 9:34 am
Loved it.
I seemed to be laughing at all the wrong places though. I felt like a horrible person. I laughed so hard when Edward left, air came out of my eye trying to hold in the laughter.(If you have a perverted mind you know why it was hilarious)
Edward’s chest hair was a little too much for a vampire I think.
Jasper. *drool*
Is Kristen Stuart cross-eyed? Her eyes also have no emotion. They always look dead.
I also think there were too many lines that would make good quotes on merchandise. Especially coming from Edward.
And then there’s Jacob. Jacob Jacob Jacob. I’ve been a hardcore Team Edward fan since the beginning but Jacob’s looking very nice now too. It’s still Team Edward all the way but Jacob just has a little more respect from me now. Especially when his shirt is off.
The werewolves look too fake to me though. I’m sure it was super hard to make them look as real as it did but i was still a little disappointed.
People weren’t as sqeally this year, it was sad. Maybe it was just the room i was in, i don’t know.
Anyways. I loved the movie, it was funny, hot, and amazingly close to the book(that i can remember)I loved the beginning, all the stuff with Jacob, all the stuff with Charlie, the creepy Volturi, Edward, and the end. I cannot wait for Eclipse.
Loved it. Loved it. Loved it.

OMG! so good!! i loved it! i want to see it again! it was better than twilight and i really liked twilight. the acting was much better, just everything was awesome! and they stayed so close to the book! LOVE IT
Comment by nicole — 11/20/2009 @ 10:15 am
Amazingly true to the book as it should be. I was very pleased with the movie. I’ll go back and watch it again.
The only negative I saw was the cliff scene with the werewolves and when Bella is jumping. You can see it is fake. But that is nothing negative to say about the movie overall.
From the soundtrack, the only song I hadn’t liked was Tom Yorke. However, his song was such a fabulous fit to the scene on the movie – I was flabbergasted.
Alexandre Desplat’s music is mesmerizing too.
Comment by Selin — 11/20/2009 @ 10:16 am
Amazing. One word, COLOR! And lots of it! The acting was so much better. There were direct quotes from the book. I love getting to see everything we couldn’t get from the book, killing laurent, paul and jacob fighting in wolf form, AND even getting to see a fight scene between edward and felix! Kudos Chris weitz! I hope you get Breaking Dawn…
Comment by Shelby — 11/20/2009 @ 10:24 am
O.M.G. please please please let Chris Weitz direct Breaking Dawn, he is a genius!!
Comment by Meagan — 11/20/2009 @ 10:29 am
I definately felt it was worth hauling over to the midnight release! New Moon was everything I thought it would be and more since it definately had a COMPLETELY different (not better or worse) feel than Twilight. I wish I could post up specific moments that I loved but to be honest and not to sound like a 26 year old fan girl I was so distracted by Taylor Lautner that I just can’t. Seriously he looked amazing and we all know how hard he worked for this role. He definately was the star of the show this time around and deserves every accolade. Also I was pleased that Kristen Stewart’s performance was 100 times better than Twilight and that even though of course I do like Robert Pattinson I was glad that they stayed pretty true to the book and didn’t change the story too much just to apease fans that wanted to see him more. Him being a visual halucination instead of just a voice was just enough I think to keep him visible but still stay true to the book. All in all it was wonderful but I think I’m going to have to see it one more time to be honest because we had to sit in the front row last night at an imax theater and I don’t think I was really able to take it all in!
Comment by OverHere26 — 11/20/2009 @ 10:30 am
I apologize publicly to Taylor Lautner for not believing he could pull off Jacob in the rest of the movies. He proved me TOTALLY wrong! I’m Team Edward, but became a little bit of a Team Jacob fan after seeing this movie and Taylor’s performance. Outstanding movie! Kristen did SO much better too. This movie made Twilight look like a B film. Can’t wait to see it again, again and again!!!
Comment by Brianna — 11/20/2009 @ 10:33 am
AHHHH. IT WAS AMAZING D I LOVED IT SOO MUCH MORE THAN TWILIGHT. And it was SO TRUE TO THE BOOK! Simply FANTASTIC! I can’t wait for Eclipse!!
Comment by Anna — 11/20/2009 @ 10:38 am
I loved it. It was way better than Twilight. I loved the ”marry me bella” cliff hanger, I can’t wait to see Eclipse.
Comment by Kristina Miller — 11/20/2009 @ 10:46 am
Incredible!! Chris Wietz is a genius! It was beautiful, sad, passionate, funny, amazing! The action sequences were exciting to watch, the love scenes melted me! All the actors were better. Rob made me cry. Kristen held the movie together sooo well! I was even surprised with Taylor’s performance. It wasn’t breakout, but it was good and believable. Of course, Charlie had all the best lines and the Volturi were so great that my only gripe was wishing to see more of them!
Going again on Saturday, can’t wait!!
Comment by elle — 11/20/2009 @ 11:06 am
Went to see New Moon this morning and I must say it was absolutely brilliant!
The acting was a lot better than in Twilight and it made a big difference to the whole film! Congrates to the whole cast! I also must say that Chris Weitz and his team have done an amazing job with all the CGI stuff and keeping the film as close to the book as possible. The colouring of everything was also a lot better than Twilight!
Michael Sheen and the rest of the Volturi cast were amazing, and the eyes were really creepy! Thought the fight scene was amazing! Great idea.
Must say the cliff hanger at the end was a great idea as well. It makes me even more excited about Eclipse
Differnantly will see again and again! Great job guys!

Comment by Amanda — 11/20/2009 @ 11:36 am
OMGGGGGGG!!!!
I loved it! I’ve seen it twice already… at 9pm and then at Midnight!
I was so worried that Taylor couldn’t pull off Jacob but I am a skeptic no more! I was annoyed with the Character of Jacob until the end of Eclipse and then I loved him like Bella loves him.
New Moon got me there earlier. JAKE! Don’t be sad BB, it’ll turn out okay.
Edward.
Edward, Edward, Edward… when we see him in non-dream form walking toward Bella in the beginning… HOLY WOW.
In my theater everyone started to scream when the phone rang and then when they cut to Edward in Brazil everyone went crazy.
I thought it was a cool choice that he was still wearing the same clothes he wore to Bella’s party. Maybe he wanted to keep her scent close to him. Awww.
LOVED the end. LOVED everything. Can’t wait for Eclipse!
Comment by jenna — 11/20/2009 @ 11:44 am
three words. SO.MUCH.BETTER.
1) the acting was so much better
2)the cinematorgraphy was SOOOO much better
3)the script was so muchh better.
4) the entire movie was just so much better than twilight, in EVERY possible way.
last night was my first midnight release, EVER. and i could not have asked for anything better. last year when i first saw twilight, i liked it, thought it was good, etc. but new moon completely blows it out of the water. chris weitz brought life to the movie (and no more blue-green effect over the enitre thing…YAY!) every actor took their acting to the next level in this movie, wether the leads in kristen rob and taylor, or the more insignifigant roles. i loved the “new moon” effect in the beginning, and the ending, OME! what a way to keep us on the hook for eclipse (which, as a matter of fact is only seven months away)! i loved the little humorous lines thrown in, it made the movie seem a little more realtable, in my opinion.
overall, it was all just, really amazing, seeing it again tomorrow night! (: and a gain… SO.MUCH.BETTER.
Comment by Joanna — 11/20/2009 @ 11:44 am

@Savannah and Kelsey you guys are right on! we got to see it on Thursday night at 9:00pm in Hollywood!!! It was great… The only thing I regret was not taking tissue because you literally feel the pain. Too many great parts of the movie to mention! So get out to the theatre and see for yourselves. It was so true to the book. Amazing job !!!… Worth coming to work looking like a zombie. it.

Comment by Claudia — 11/20/2009 @ 12:37 pm
A-M-AZING!!!! Loved every second of it – although the ending was quite good it could’ve been way better.
Kristen totally rocked the whole movie! Rob and Taylor were great. Great acting from the whole cast. Billy, Anna, Justin.. oh, justin – that scene made us all laugh. Martin Sheen as Aro – wonderful. And that’s just to name a few. CGI – awesome. It had color – the whole thing. That Rio scene, great. And the transition of the months was just wonderfully done. Chris Weitz – hero!
Overall – Chris Weitz (might be my fave director ever as of now), the acting, the scenes, the nusic, the score. It exceeded my expectations by far. Definitely way better than Twilight and might be one of my fave movies ever. yes, i’m still in utterly awe but that doesn’t matter. won’t think any less of it later on anyway.
And oh, yeah – still Team Edward. Sorry Jake, but you just don’t do it for me.

OMG!! Can you say best movie ever. The ending so amazing. I couldnt have asked for a better movie. The acting was great and the emotion was really there. It was as close to the book as I think humanly possible. Great job and I cant wait to see it again.
Comment by elizabeth — 11/20/2009 @ 1:22 pm
I wanted to come back an comment on the Score. I was very dissapointed with it. I think some of the scenes that I thought should be really moving and heart wrenching was completly ruined by that awful score. I thought the score, during the main break up scene with Edward and Bella, ruined it. I loved the scene, but it should have had me balling my eyes out and it didn’t. The Twilight score was way better. That my big complaint about the movie. I can’t wait to go see it again.
Comment by Angel — 11/20/2009 @ 1:26 pm
I didn’t go in with high expectations because I wasn’t happy with Twilight but New Moon was great! not perfect but DEFINITELY and improvement! ***SPOILER!!!!!**** I really liked Alice’s vision of Bella becoming one of them! So cool to see it! I thought we’d have to wait til Breaking Dawn!
Definitely definitely better than Twilight.
Comment by Rachel — 11/20/2009 @ 1:42 pm
My thoughts on the New Moon movie:
LOVE, LOVE, LOVED:
1. The vampire sparkle (way better than Twilight!)
2. Great cinematography!
3. The vampires running and fighting and the wolves fighting
4. The camera circling to show the passing months of Bella’s depression
5. Jacob’s abs!!!
6. Edwards apparitions
7. Bella’s e-mails to Alice (I thought this was a great way to show the audience the things that Bella was thinking)
8. The flashbacks to Twilight scenes
9. The wolves
10. The fight scene with Jake and Edward
11. The ending!!
Didn’t like so much:
1. Alice’s vision of Bella becoming a vampire, it was just lame (I mean really? Playfully funning in all white?)
2. Mike wasn’t as funny, he was just awkward
Overall it was GREAT!! =)
Comment by Rachael — 11/20/2009 @ 1:54 pm
it was soooo amazing!
SPOILER!!!
fav parts-
the “Dear Alice” thing perfect way to narrate her thoughts
the vote scene
every part with alice
the end!! to elaborate- i loved the end but hated it at the same time, loved it b/c it was genius hated it b/c it was soooo cliffyy! ( well not if u’ve actually read the books but neway) but anyway the movie was amazing! i absoulutely loved it!
Comment by ica — 11/20/2009 @ 1:56 pm
New Moon was absolutely breathtaking. I’ve seen it twice already (i got advanced screening tickets and the midnight showing) and it just keeps getting better and better.
The acting in this film is phenomenal. I agree with Savannah that watching this film I watched Kristen transform into Bella! With Twilight I honestly believe that anyone could have portrayed Bella, after all you just had to breathe heavy and bat your eyelashes but with this film she become the Bella in my head. It was incredible and I really felt her pain especially in all the scenes where she is screaming out in her nightmares with such sheer agony. so heartbreaking.
and taylor lautner OMG. this kid can act! he was sweet and charming and loyal and sexy!!!!! I was always Team Jacob and now I’m Team Taylor. What a great performance.
Overall 12/10 stars. ridiculous. cant wait to see it again.

WOW!!! it was amzing i have to say it was better than the first! if chris weitz can pull of somethignthat good then i am more than happy for him to direct breaking dawn if he wants to! I almost cried in the bella and edward kiss scene under the clock tower!!!!Robert’s acting was so good in that bit! ( and in most of it actually —the acting in general was AMAZING!!) So glad they did the dream where bella sees herself old well!!
Wolves were amazing they even made them resemble the actors!!! LOved the months passing they did that really well!!
The volturi were amazing aswell michael sheen plays aro extremaly well!!
The ending was so brilliant!! “marry me!!!” can’t wait to see how that links to eclipse!!!
There is so many amzing bits i can’t list them all – i’d be here all night!!!!

Comment by Luce-Cullen — 11/20/2009 @ 3:13 pm
Well, it was great. Of course the quality and direction was better. But, I have one silly qualm with it. It wasn’t as ‘mesmerizing’ as Twilight. Twilight hooked girls in who hadn’t read the books. Created an obsession. This movie was great, but it just missed that mesmerizing quality. Just my opinion.
Comment by Rushmila — 11/20/2009 @ 3:27 pm
New Moon was simply fantasticly amazing! I can’t wait for Eclipse! THAT is my FAVORTIE.
Comment by Trisha** — 11/20/2009 @ 3:53 pm
I agree with Rushmila, it wasn’t quite as mesmerizing as twilight, but I think most of the “mesmerizing” feelings we had for the first one was because it was the very first movie and we were so excited to see it. Anyways my GOSH New Moon was fantastic. It definetly made me pay more attention to Jacob if you know what I mean. It seemed to make Edward look a bit more unattractive than in the first movie, and Jacob more appealing. Most of the time I was actually feeling sorry for Jacob. Overall it was PERFECT.

IT WAS SO AWESOME!!!!
I’d have to list the entire movie to say everything I loved, but the tops would be the awesome lines from Alice, Jasper, Jarred and Emmett. The actors where all prefect! Funny and scary and so much like I imagained it in the book! Loved the wolves (both human and as wolves) and pretty much everything! Only complaint is what happened to the silver Volvo?!
Can’t wait to see it again!
Comment by Bronnie — 11/20/2009 @ 4:24 pm
absolutely amazing! i was not disappointed, i mean it would have been nice if italy was longer (i would have liked to see alice steal the porsche haha) but all in all it was a fantastic movie, with unexpected quirky humour (loved the elevator!!!). The acting has def improved and the colours! Plus i loved the flash forward…great little preview there! wow is all i can say! cant wait to see it again!
Comment by marnie — 11/20/2009 @ 4:28 pm
I was definitely overall impressed! It definitely was 10 times better than Twilight. Acting was top notch for the most part. There was one EXTREMELY cheesy line that Jake says when Alice is there but it was easily forgotten. Volterra was great, the CG was believable. The wolves looked quite impressive. My main thing was there were some parts where like the CG environment looked fake. Mainly the water and cliff diving. Im splitting hairs, it was just great!
Comment by James — 11/20/2009 @ 4:29 pm

WOW SIMPLY AMAZING!!! I LOVED IT! This was 1,000,000 times better than Twilight and that’s not even exaggerating. The acting was incredible. TAYLOR LAUTNER!!!! Kristen didn’t even bother me that much. I can’t wait to see it again. CHRIS WEITZ IS MY HERO!
Comment by Ashley — 11/20/2009 @ 4:55 pm
Ugh. I swear i haven’t seen one negative comment about this movie. Which is strange because i was so disappointed!
The special effects or whatever looked so fake, and when bella is driving with jacob, you can SO tell that the truck isn’t even moving.
And what was up with the humor? This was supposed to be a sad, heart breaking, intense movie, and they added humor! WAY too much humor!
They were unintentionally funny at some parts, and Kristin didn’t even act as though she was upset that Edward left.
The only thing I think is good was Rob’s performance. Amazing. He really made it seem like he was in pain. I would give it a 5/10
Comment by Ellen — 11/20/2009 @ 5:22 pm
OMG!or should I say OME!!! It was AMAZING so much better than twilight!! The one thing I did think was weird was after the birthday scene when they’re kissing and making these stange moaning sounds, and I also didn’t like the ending, but other than that, AWESOME
Comment by Deja — 11/20/2009 @ 5:26 pm
Oh and not only did they add too much humor, but the lines were so cheesy. Like really, it was embarrassing.
The emails with Alice was also really weird to me. Wasn’t Bella not allowed to even think their names without opening a horrible pain in her stomach and crippling down to the floor?
She was able to easily think of them, it seemed. She could easily send the fake emails like she was actually talking to her. I didn’t see the pain. It confused me.
People are just excited about it because they are so hyped on seeing anything to do with the book, so they aren’t looking hard enough at the discrepancies.
And let me tell you, I am an insane Twilight fan. I have read the books probably way more times then a lot of people on here. I am a huge fan, and I was disappointed.
Comment by Ellen — 11/20/2009 @ 5:35 pm
SOSOSOSOSOOOOOOO MUCH BETTER THAN TWILIGHT!!!!
THE ACTING WAS SO MUCH BETTER AND THE DRECTOR WAS SO AMAZING, HE WAS TURE TO THE BOOK AS POSSIBLE AND REALLY REALLY GOOD CGI.
Comment by Team_Jacob_101 — 11/20/2009 @ 5:40 pm
I took my dad this morning to see New Moon. He loved the first movie mainly for the baseball scene.
We both loved New Moon. He declared himself Team Jacob and also declared his crush on Alice (every time she came on screen he couldn’t get over how pretty Ashley Greene is). The Volturi were spectacularly creepy. Victoria was fabulously evil.
The acting was far and above Twilight. Rob did such an amazing job as Edward this time around. Kristen broke my heart with how she just fit the part of Bella so well. And Taylor was perfect. He embodied Jacob absolutely how I pictured his mannerisms in the book.
Chris Weitz you are a genius! I’m am definitely Team Chris for Breaking Dawn!
Comment by Teri — 11/20/2009 @ 5:44 pm
This was great! To say it was better than Twilight is a major understatement. I think the flow of the movie was perferct, not rushed at all. I think making it longer would have made it a bit boring. All the essential parts were there, as well as the humor and other adds. It was over all a very enjoyable movie.
Everyone acted amazingly… but Kristen ROCKED! i was SO impressed wither her. There were a few times i became teary from her performance, specifically the cliff dive.
I love the ending… it just screams “There is more to come.” And more than that, everyone was laughting at the RIGHT parts, unlike Twilight, and my theatre actually CLAPPED at the end of it… LOVE IT… I HEART you Mr. Weitz Thanks for bringing my favorite book to life, in every way shape and form that i imagined it when i read it.

I can post forever about this wow.New moon omg. Best film yet!!!!! I have to go see it again!!!!! Jake is HOT and awesome loveHim so much. Great performances from Rachelle Levre, Aro, Ozzy, and Grindlewald. And Jane is probably the best of the volturi. Alexander Desplat did well with the score and the soundtrack fit perfectly. Love the end. Last words b4 the credits: marry me first. Wow great ending. Cullens were great, the eyes were well done and the hair is better, especially Alice’s and Rosalie’s. Laurant was awesome. Had a funny accent this time. Edie Gathegi was actually one of the first to see the film. Wolf special effects were great. Emilys scars were good and I still wonder what that thing Rob Pattison has when he takes off his shirt in Volterra on Saint Ozzy day…,

Definitely better than Twilight! Really made me want to switch to Team Jacob. Loved Taylor Lautner.. f***ing jailbait.. *fans self* ;D lol (don’t get it? listen to their Smart Mouths podcast) & Charlie was so cute in this one. Can’t wait for Eclipse, my fav book of the series. The ending was kinda abrupt but overall, much better performances from everyone. Gotta give it to Kristen, she annoyed me in Twilight. She definitely redeemed herself in this one. I’m still not sure about her screaming, but I loved the comedy & Alice was adorable.
Comment by Rosalie — 11/20/2009 @ 8:12 pm
OMG! It was so fricking amazing! I loved every single part of it! The werewolves, the Cullens, all of Bella’s adrenaline rushes and especially the Volturi! I am not going to give away much, because I don’t want to spoil it for anyone who hasn’t seen it yet!
I will say it was really faithful to the book and very amazingly adapted into a movie. Dakota really did wonders as Jane as did everyone who played the Volturi vampires. All the girls in the audience kept going nuts over seeing Jacob in the movie, especially )spoiler ahead): when he took his shirt off after Bella crashed on the motorcycle and her head was bleeding.
Taylor Lautner was so much more better as Jacob in this movie than Twilight. I give it 5 out of 5 stars and I will gladly see it again, because it was so faithful to the book and very well adapted.

Oh my goodness! what in the world is up with the ending. Marry me Bella?…then black?!?!
NO!
But i absolutely loved the rest!!!!!!
Comment by Madison — 11/20/2009 @ 8:55 pm
I loved loved loved the movie. i said earlier that i didn’t know when i’ve seen a book to movie adaption that was so faithful. it was just like reading the book (maybe abridged). Amazing, the acting was so much better. loved kristen, loved, taylor, and even ashley who i thought did a bad rendition of alice in twilight. it seemed rob mumbled through most of the lines though. every emotion i felt in the book was reiterated for me on the screen. Great job chris weitz. only true flaw was that vision alice had, my whole theater laughed. But otherwise, an amazing, overwhelming YAY!

I was very pleased with ‘New Moon.’ Chris Weitz stayed so true and close to the story and the pacing was spot on. I am a huge Team Edward person, but I must say Taylor Lautner was AWESOME!!!! He nailed the part of Jacob and I was so pleased with his chemistry with Kristin on-screen. The special effects and action sequences were really great. The wolves were fun, since I always had a hard time completely picturing them in my head while reading at times. Another great actor performance that sticks out in excellence was Michael Sheen as Aro. Oh wow!! He was just right in playing the manipulative and quirky Aro with such great details and subtlety.
I enjoyed the soundtrack throughout the film and loved the use of color (compared to the blue tints of Twilight). The camera angles were much improved from Twilight as well. I found myself grinning during many moments throughout the film. Victoria’s sequence was quite fun! I thought Kristin Stewart had a better portrayal of Bella in this film than the first, and I really enjoyed her. The change of the months was just so wonderfully done with the perfect shot, expression on Kristin’s face, and soundtrack woven together beautifully.
All in all I loved it.

I just saw the movie last night, and I must say I LOVED it! I thought it was even better than Twilight and was a perfect length. I felt that the movie really stayed true to the book. The chemistry between Rob and Kristen was perfect. I felt so bad for Bella in each scene where she got hurt, physically and emotionally. Kristin really did do a great job. I thought they showed Bella’s feelings of depression really well. The letters to Alice and the passing months were all done really well. Taylor did a pretty good job with Jacob, being Team Edward he made me like movie Jacob character better than book Jacob. I felt some sympathy for him at the end, and I admired the way he took care of Bella after Edward left. I was also really pleased with the way the wolves turned out. They looked realistic and believable. Sam made be laugh every time he spoke, I don’t really know why though. The cliff diving scene was so well done. The music, Edward effect, Victoria, everything was just perfect. I wish I could have seen more of Victoria! I thought the action sequence between her and the wolves was cheesy. Everything in Italy was amazing. I wish there was more of that and a bit less of Forks. Michael Sheen did a fabulous job as Aro. He sent chills down my spine every time he spoke, I loved it. I was really disappointed with Dakota’s performance as Jane. I wasn’t so enthusiastic when they casted her to being with, but she really didn’t deliver her role in the movie well at all. The fight scene between Edward and Felix was good, but a bit short. There could have been more suspense throughout the whole time in Volterra, but from what they gave us I was pretty pleased. Also, seeing Bella as a vampire was amazing! I hope they act out that whole scene again for Breaking Dawn, that’s just how I pictured it! As I said before, I felt bad for Jake at the end. Maybe because they showed his sadness in his wolf form…I’m a sucker for sad animals. The ending….did they really have to do that?! Gosh, I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for them to show something after the credits. They can’t just do that to us!
As a whole, the movie was spectacular. I was so amazed and can’t wait to see it again. From listening to the soundtrack prior to the movie and knowing all the songs, I thought each song fit in pretty well with the scenes they put it with. My favorite was the cliff diving one. Oh, and I forgot to mention that I spazed each time I saw Jasper. He is my favorite and I’m in love with him, and he was so perfect in the movie. I loved his line during the vote! I was so happy and the movie met my expectations. Can’t wait for Eclipse, and can’t wait to see it again! =D

I saw it last night and here is my reation/response.
1)Well, lets get this straight Christ Weitz has made an amazing movie that I must say was soooo much better than twilight. I mean Twilight was great but it was soo dark and I think it did’nt portray the best events that were in the Twilight book. New moon was shot beautifully and I felt that I was reading the book on screen. Well, done Chris Weitz!!!
2)The acting was so much better. Kristen stopped all that blinking and her performance changed my opinion on her completely. I also thought that Kristen and Taylor’s chemistry was spectacular!!!!
3)I really liked how Weitz fixed some things that should have been done in Twilight. For instance, in the first one I did’nt feel as if Bella and Edwards skin contrasted like they were supposed to. New Moon fixed that!
4) One thing that I did’nt really like was the ending. I mean it is a good cliffhanger, and since I read the books, I know what happens, but for those who didn’t, they are probrably are like “Omg, What the heck.” I also thought that the motorcycle scence was a little weird. It would of been better if Bella just saw the guys and walked away. Not going up to them and hop on their motorcycle.
5)New Moon was great!!!!!! I am seeing it again today, and I can’t for David Slade to show us what hes got!!!!!!!!!!!

I entered the theater with high expectations. I was satisfied with every trailer, scene, comment, picture, etc. that I had seen about New Moon. I was excited for everything about it. The actors, the director, the blue-less cinematography, and everything that came with the newest movie. I left the theater even more excited, but this time for the next one. I feel like Chris Weitz is a genious. He did such a good job from a directing as well as marketing standpoint. The whole mood of the movie was just refreshing. The script, while a little awkward at times, added comedy into a very emotional plot. I was also impressed that many of the lines were verbatum from the book. The acting was so much more comfortable. The chemistry between Kristen and Rob was definately there were I felt it was lacking before and Taylor did a good job of stepping into the spotlight. I literally started to bite my nails at the point were Bella went to confront Jacob after his transformation. Also, the camera work and special effects were sooo much better. I loved the point where the months were passing and Bella was just sitting in her chair, solemn. I felt like it was very effective. Also, Victoria’s running and the wolves were very impressive. Hopefully, my novel will help you to see the movie in a little bit of a different light.

i loved the movie i thought it was amazing…i saw it twice and i so wanna see it again…did anyone notice though that edward is still wearing the same pants and shirt that he was wearing when he broke up with bella. he’s wearing the same same shirt and pants in brazil i was like good attention to detail

I was kind of disappointed with a few things…
1. Not enough story line.
2. Scenes were too short.
3. ot enough wolf pack.
Other than that I loved it. Very close to the book and the actin was great. The ending had me squealing. ***Spoilers*** “Marry Me, Bella?” I mean wow.

I LOVE IT OMG it was just the best movie I ever seen I loved the break up part kristen was amazing and taylor too sure isn’t the same “attraction” like kristen and robert but it was sweet too and the end every body in the theater started ” yeahhhh claps ” and after ” NOOOOOOO lool now need to wait for the rest
Comment by andreia — 11/21/2009 @ 9:27 am
Absolutely loved it. The wait was worth it. I was firstly unsure before I saw it because of the bad reviews however I LOVED IT. NO FLAWS whatsoever and I felt it stuck to the BOOK thank the lord. Chris Weitz … wat a legend. Come back for BD! CANNOT WAIT TO SEE IT AGAIN!! And I also loved ROB, no constipation and Taylors acting was exceptional. No bad acting from Kristen also. SO HAPPY! TEAM SWITZERLAND ALL THE WAY!

the scenes were choppy. Catherine hardwick seemed to draw you into the movie and get you addicted. She also flowed from scene to scene much better. I think the reason why everyone loves this movie is because it had a lot bigger budget than twilight. If catherine hardwicke had all that money she could have done this stuff too, but probably better. the only thing I dont like about her is her blue tone. Also, I know how a lot of other people thought that it was kind of choppy and fast, well imagine if Chris does BD. That is such a long and complex book and the scnes would all be like 20 seconds long. I think they should get a new director. Don’t get me wrong, I still loved the movie, but I was a lot more excited from the trailers.

Just saw the movie and LOVED IT!!! Thank you Chris for doing such a great job! I think both movies so far have their own unique quality and bring each book to life. Twilight I feel captured the fallen in love stage the Bella and Edward went through. I feel New Moon really showed the torture Bella went through and how Jacob saved her. Kristin did such a good job. I really saw her as Bella in this film. And wow, Taylor, great job with Jake. I saw the youthful, fun Jake in the beginning and the broken and upset Jake after the werewolf change. He was awesome. The Wolf pack truly seemed like a tight family and I loved watching them. And of course Robert did a great depressed and tortured Edward. Loved it. I loved the humor and the best parts of this movie, Charlie and the Volturi. I really loved Charlie and Aro, they were amazing. Great film, really gets me excited for Eclipse!!!!

I went to see the midnight premiere with my friend, and dispite how tired i was, once the movie started, it completely captured my attention and left my speechless.
The stunts were well preformed, the werewolves gave me goosebumps, the overall acting of the characters had improved imensly, and it stuck to the book!
Needless to say, it was amazing, and can’t wait to hear you guys share your reactions about it on Imprint!!!

ok, so i knew new moon would be great just by the previews. i mean you could just tell. however, i didnt know how good it actually is!!!! so so so so sooooooooo wonderful. the full moon turning into a new moon and revealing the title got me screaming already. my boyfriend just held my hand and laughed at me. lol. seeing the months change around bella with the song possibiblity was perfect. a few things were different than the book, but beacause they were sosmall and they helped the flow of the movie better, you didnt really care. i love how chris did the prologue with bellas dream and her running to edward to save him. i want to see it again so badly. gosh it was flawless. the volturi were very creepy. you felt fear, but you didnt feel like you couldnt trust them. very much like how the book portrays them. the wolves are MASSIVE. thank god. but the painting of carlisle with the volturi and then they start moving around and it fades to real footage, that was a pretty cool effect. bravo chris weitz. bravo
Comment by Sarah — 11/22/2009 @ 8:55 am
Wow! I’ve aleady seen it three times and still want to see it again!!!!!!! I really hope Chris directs BD. He is fantastic. I really really liked Kristen in this movie!!!! I think she invested in some eyedrops!!! Aro was sooo weird!!! But in a good way! The eyes for both the cullens and volturi were awesome! Same with makeup. Only thing I didn’t like was the ending. It just seemed cheesy to me or somthing. Other than that, it was awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Comment by Kayla curtis — 11/22/2009 @ 10:56 am
OKay, LOVED it. Much better than Twilight.
Better acting.
Better quality.
I love every scene from Alice coming back to the end. Not the VERY end, but the end. All that was PERFECT!
Before those scenes just seemed to go by way too fast. Jumped too quickly, like I still need time to process them, therefore I will see it many more times
Things I did not like, well her whole talking to Alice thing, didn’t like it. And I most certainly did NOT like the ending. Great cliffhanger for people who have not read the story, terrible for those who have. Seems like they are trying to set up marriage in the next book, when we know she says no in New Moon and yes in Eclipse.
My only two problems with it, other than the too fast part.
Taylor was drop dead SEXY!
Robert still eh, but gotta say the reunion scene was excellent!( and by excellent I mean, HOT!)
I didn’t feel like I got enough Jacob, though. Seemed like too much Edward which ties to my “too fast scenes” part. Team Jacob, officially. I have been on the fence lately, but I picked a side
Comment by Miranda — 11/22/2009 @ 1:44 pm
movie was great
me and my friends would laugh and sigh but we were da only people reacting, and da rest of da cinema started laughing @ us
BIG IMPROVEMENT FROM TWILIGHT!!!
Comment by chloe — 11/23/2009 @ 2:48 am
I loved New Moon
and I thought it was a good adaptation of the book.
But,
it wasn’t as special as Twilight was for me.
When I came out of theaters after Twilight, I was
stunned, speachless, etc etc
The whole movie had that magical, misterious thing.
For me, it wasn’t the same with New Moon.
It’s not that I didn’t liked it,
-great CGI
-great actors
-great story
but it was just.. different
AND I’m reaaaally looking forward to Eclipse,
with David Slade, I’m curious.
