Robert Pattinson’s birthday celebration in Vancouver

We reported early yesterday that it was Robert Pattinson’s 23rd birthday, and while the New Moon star was busy filming, he still managed to take time out to celebrate.

Radar Online has released pictures this morning from his party last night at the Global Grill and Satay bar in Vancouver, BC. Quite a few members of the New Moon cast were in attendance, along with Rob’s best friend Sam Bradley.

A fan reporting for RobPattzNews headed out to the restaurant in hopes of getting a few pictures with Rob and had this to say about the party:

“There were maybe a total of 20 fans there and he made time for everyone, not rushing to get into the cab that was already waiting for him. Did I mention it was raining?.. Rob is such a good guy.”

That was really nice of Rob to do that on his birthday ! I LOVE THAT GUY ! Even though I wonder sometimes haha

Well, he is ok in my book for not really minding fans being there. I mean, like it or not, it comes with the job. I really like that he doesn’t makes a big deal out of it. (Thought it IS funny that it happens)

haha, he looks so funny covering his face with his hands. It’s nice that even in his birthday he’s taking time to be with the fans, but I agree with Wanda, he just can’t get privacy anymore.

that is so sweet. it was raining and his birthday and the cab was waiting and he still talked to fans. that is so sweet. he could’ve been a jerk. but he wasn’t. that makes me so happy.
happy birthday to rob! and i also hope he wasn’t too bothered. because if i had been in the area i totally would’ve been there too. not gonna lie.

Wow, what a swell guy. Pretty nice of him to do that. Yeah, the guy needs some privacy, but we all have to remember and even him, that this is the business and with all the new technology it makes it easier for fans and people to get involved in his life.. Years ago famous people were hardly spoken about in the media because they didn’t have much access to their lives like today.

The guy loves the attention and hates it at the same time. It is because of the fans that he is making some good money and he is thanking everyone by being polite and understanding to this craziness that has risen.

From interviews I’ve read and seen BEFORE Twilight came out, Rob was very generous with his time to all the fans, before he blew up into the spotlight. It’s nice to know that now, even though he’s shot to the top of the A-list and is one of the hottest commodities in Hollywood he is still very humble and appreciative of his fans. Even if you don’t think he’s gorgeous and didn’t like his acting in Twilight you HAVE to admit that he’s a wonderful and down-to-earth guy. (Coincidentally, I DO think he’s gorgeous and I DID love him in Twilight!!)

Am a grandma of 6 kids and I am a fan of Robert. This kid has great potential as an actor and as a musician. I just pray he will try to make good choices in everything he does, especially in this stage of his career. Take good care of yourself, Rob. Belated Happy Birthday!!! God Bless you!
