Personal History
Maria was the vampire who transformed Jasper. She wanted to get her territories back from other vampires so she put together a superior newborn army, seeking humans who had great potential to add to her forces. Within a fortnight of changing Jasper, she had brought four more soldiers into her army. She trained them well and then unleashed them on her enemies in Monterrey, her former home. She and Jasper were able to hold on to Monterrey for a while. After a few years, Jasper left her to find a new life away from the violence of the vampire wars.
